I see the value of this as something that goes on
the web site.  A process description.

Your second point (something votable) is what I
was trying to hint at in the statement "OK from
whom" :>. When do we want to draw the line, and 
how does the PMC want to play it.  I very much 
want to push it forward, but I need to know what 
I need to do to make that happen in a way that
everyone is comfortable with.

I suppose the thinking was more long term.  From
what I've seen, the policy piece should
continuously evolve over time.  However I think I
can see a good point for keeping everything on
general@ until such time as the basics are
bedded down.

As I said above, more than happy to go whatever
way people want.
