I apologize for the delayed response to both your email and vmail - I was at
XML Web Services One the week your message came in and then was out a good
part of last week due to an injury.  

I'm trying to see if folks here will consider a change to the licensing
terms to accommodate Apache.  Unfortunately I won't be able to get all the
right players together until sometime next week. So I don't have much to
report at this time.  I understand the issue and will update you once I have
some info.
