I have installed drupal 7.10 in Arabic, the install didn't go as
smoothly as it should, but it is here:
http://abderrahim.arablug.org/arabeyes/

As you can see, it's still pretty empty. Furthermore, it still doesn't
have a good theme. I don't know what's the best way to do this, a web
designer is certainly welcome. If you want to help, create an account on
the above site and send me an email so I can give you permission to
modify.

I still didn't get any opinions about my plan, and no one showed up
during our meeting, so I feel alone.

How should we proceed now?

I have gone through the current Arabeyes website, something I hadn't
done for a few years now, and here are the things I find useful:
  * http://projects.arabeyes.org/about.php (the documents at the end are
mostly outdated)
  * http://projects.arabeyes.org/help.php (I believe this is very
important)
  * http://projects.arabeyes.org/contact.php (this could probably be
merged with about).

IMO, all the above should be translated to Arabic (and perhaps updated).

http://projects.arabeyes.org/docs.php sound useful, but it is very
outdated. Abdalrahim Fakhouri is currently working on an updated version
of the translator guide, and I'm not sure the rest is really useful for
now.

I'm still waiting for an answer, what's actually needed to put things on
the Arabeyes server?

Regards,
Abderrahim
