They are doing a 4 layer panel on March 14 if they get enough demand. The price is $10 per square inch for 3 boards. I ordered several small boards on the last 4 layer order and they turned out well. I put them all through two lead free reflow cycles with no delamination problems. I was able to pay extra and get ENIG finish for PCI Express fingers too.
