Minimum of 3 boards. Lead time is just about two weeks from going to fab; for example I submitted my board around Feb 2 to be included in the Feb 7 panel and I got 3 boards back in the mail on Feb 21 (that was with all the shipping delays due to snow). It has solder mask on both sides AND silk screen on both sides!
