Scott,
could you file a ticket about that, and include 2 tiles that don't share
the exact same CRS. I would want a new flag to accept CRS that are
somewhat in the middle of "strictly equivalent" and "not at all
equivalent" (which would result in non sensical mosaicing). Not sure if
that's totally feasible, but examples of real world situations would help
