There weren't any List-Id headers before the migration.
Yes there were (either that or the filters I've been using for years
were psychic!)

If you
previously filtered on Sender: headers, you have to change your
filters. Other filters (List-Post:, for example) may keep working
unchanged, but details will be vary according to how you set up your
filters.
