Have been boostrapped and tested using GCC as the bootstrap compiler (incl. Ada)

x86_64-apple-darwin18

has been boostrapped using xc10.2 command line tools and SDK (no Ada).

x86_64-apple-darwin18

bootstrap using GCC succeeded (incl. Ada), but testing is not complete yet.
