it's not: the Solaris (sparc and x86) libsanitizer port is not yet fully completed (though mostly there for 32-bit, cf. PR sanitizer/80953) nor upstream (cf. https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33274), partially because upstream response to even the most trivial patches is slow.
