mips64vr-elf fails to build

Hi Eric, Hi Richard,

The mips64vr-elf target currently fails to build in FSF mainline
because:

  libgcc/unwind-dw2.c:1159:1: internal compiler error: in output_555, at 
config/mips/mips.md:6024

I am not sure of the best way to fix this, so I am punting to you
