i looked at /usr/lib/gcc/i486-linux-gnu/3.4.6/libgcc_s.so and it was a
symbolic link to /lib/libgcc_s.so.1
so i looked for /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 and there was no such a file ?? what does
that mean ??
