I have kept this under wraps for some weeks because I wanted to be sure
all Steering Committee members had a chance to review this request - in
spite of the holiday season.

has been a GNU Fortran maintainer before) with their new status of
"reviewer".
Steve, I suppose you want to have your write privileges (back). Please

access - and name me as your sponsor.
