You don't get the bugs that were fixed on the 4.1 branch as well then. And as we are not very consistent with filling out known-to-work and known-to-fail fields searching for RESOLVED FIXED with known-to-fail 4.2.3 and known-to-work 4.2.4 get's you only 2 bugs ... Richard.
