Since the branch has bootstraps disabled, you are at the mercy of your host compiler. It's a bad situation for us because we run into these little problems.
I'm working on getting the branch to bootstrap, but it will take a few more days. In the meantime, we'll just have to live with odd breakages like this.
When porting patches to trunk, however, we have to do a full bootstrap and test cycle from absolute scratch. Branch results are invalid on mainline.
