This affects parisc all hpux versions except for possibly 11.31. I've experimented with not including complex.h. With a couple of other testsuite changes (complex -> __complex__), the tgmath tests behave in a semi-reasonable manner if complex arguments are avoided. However, I don't really see any major benefit in having tgmath support as even the support for scalar types is incomplete. Thus, I would be happy to see tgmath.h not installed and the tests skipped for !c99_runtime.
