A semi-automated approach would be to add a field in Bugzilla that would contain the SVN revision; this field could be filled in by volunteers, and then a Bugzilla query could generate the report whenever you want to look at it. Of course, some bugs predate the conversion to Bugzilla, and release branches complicate life a bit.
