This isn't that important, but ...

I just noticed the ABOUT-NLS file in the top of the tree.  It seems to be
wildly out of date, listing many fewer translations than currently exist.
For example, in gcc/po we have be,ca,da,de,el,es,fr,ja,nl,ru,rw,sr,sv,
tr,zh_CN,and zh_TW.  But according to ABOUT-NLS gcc only has da, es, fr,
and tr.
