numactl is your friend. In order to run on the second single-core processor (the kernel seems to like the first processor better), preceed "runspec" with: numactl --physcpubind=1 --membind=1 If SPEC2006 then fails to get all the memory it wants, numactl cannot help, only more RAM can I'm afraid.
