Build failure in libgfortran (PR 30678)

Hello world,

just a heads-up that libgfortran build is currently blocked at
least on i686-pc-linux-gnu with a newer glibc by PR 30678.

I won't be able to do any work on gfortran development until this
is fixed :-(
