I am, unfortunately, not able to make it completely public but if further 
GCC developers in addition to you would like to use it for doing compiler 
work (like Honza and Richie have been doing, for example) that's surely 
fine.

Since I'll be mostly offline for the next few weeks, please do feel
free to share the sources with other GCC developers, Diego and Richie!

(The rules are simple: do not publish sources and let me know who you 
provided it to so that we can keep them informed in case we do some
relevant update/fix.  That's it. :-)
