how to change avr maintainer ?

Hi All.

Right now the AVR port have two maintainers Denis Chertykov
and Marek Michalkiewicz.

The AVR community ask me to add Anatoly Sokolov <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> as avr
maintainer and Marek asked to remove him.
How to do that ?
