Gcc 4.2 now passes SPEC CPU 2006

With the patch in

Gcc 4.2 revision 113936 now passes SPEC CPU 2006 on Linux/x86,
Linux/x86 and Linux/ia64. But I have to apply 3 patches to SPEC
sources.
