The latest toplevel bootstrap patches have broken bootstrap on AIX. Executables are being re-linked when installed in prev-gcc. In stage2, it relinks with the system gcc, which works, but in stage3 it relinks with prev-gcc/xgcc which does not exist because the bootstrap is in the process of installing it.
