I think my previous answer to this part of your mail was hasty. Indeed, I updated (between Nov 30th and Dec 1st) that part to record the release of 3.4.5 -- but I did make a typo, listing 3.4.4 twice. That is corrected now. As for 4.x, it is not clear whether they should be listed or not, that is what I meant by deferring to Gerald. -- Gaby
