Hmm, I don't see this in the overseers archive. I don't think it
reached them. Maybe it triggered the spam filter for having too many
capital letters in the subject line.
Anyways, the overseers aren't sure what the problem is, but they are
testing a newer version of the mailer software in the hope that it will
fix the problem.
You aren't the only person seeing this problem.
