Actually, I use uberbaum to check in changes to gcc, gdb, and cygwin. If there was breakage then it would be fixed like any other problem in the repository - send email to overseers. Using it is pretty straightforward - /cvs/uberbaum is the root. However, since gcc is moving to subversion, it doesn't make any sense to get used to using it right now. cgf
