Hello everyone,

I am running a Birds of a Feather (BoF) session on the intersection of GCC and
AI at this year's GNU Cauldron and I wanted to reach out to the community for
your thoughts and suggestions.

The goal of a BoF is to have an open, informal discussion. I've prepared a
short abstract to frame the conversation, but the final agenda will be shaped
by the community's input.

The proposal is for a BoF on GCC and AI, with the goal of opening up discussion
on:

 * Current and emerging use cases where GCC intersects with AI workloads,
including compiler optimisations for AI kernels.
 * Challenges in supporting AI accelerators and heterogeneous compute through
GCC.
 * Open questions for the community: to what extent should GCC evolve in this
area, and where should external tooling take the lead?

I'd love to hear from you. Do you have any suggestions for topics you'd like to
see covered? Are there specific challenges or use cases that you've encountered
that would be valuable to discuss?

Thank you,

Kind Regard,

Pietra
