ssh and aren't throttled.
Is there some throttling also affecting me? Or am I doing
anything wrong?
Things can be slow with the botnet attacks going on, but shouldn't be

I just tried again and pull/push went through fine. :-)
If I get stuck again next time, I'll try your suggestions and ask
off-list for help.
