It seems this comes from unwind.h

It seems a bit awkward to me that gcc_unreachable is part of the:
"Exception handling and frame unwind runtime interface routines."
yet it seems libjava and libstdc++-v3/libsupc++ seem to work fine, so I
guess we need to #include "tsystem.h" in unwind.h or in exceptions.c.
