Hi, two weeks ago i've posted a new port to gcc-patches and it seems that no global maintainer took a look at it so far. Maybe now that the 4.0 is released there is someone who can take a look at it :)
I think i did a clean port that utilizes most of the latest machine descripion standards (md-macros, md-predicates) and does not use any deprecated mechanisms so it shouldn't be too painful to look at it. I would also like to contribute to the GCC internals manual which is very good but could be improved on some places (i used it alot and i remember well were things were unclear to me - parts of my port could also be used there as simple examples).
