Even if you installed the Ada compiler package you still would have to
add ada to the configure line to build it. This decision was taken a
while ago, I guess to be revisited at some point (main problem
were hanging Ada tests, but some patches were proposed for this issue).

I bootstrap c,ada, make check, make install and I've seen no change on
head in the past few weeks, it's around 1h36 on my Athlon 64 3000+.
