I added -pipe to t-pa and t-pa64 and this bootstraps successfully
on hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11 and hppa64-hp-hpux11.11, respectively.
However, comparison of cc1 fails in both cases.

hppa2.0w:
-bash-2.05b$ cmp -l cc1 stage2/cc1
    11 374 356
    12 353 216
   127 310 332
   128 342 207
   223 374 356
   224 353 216

hppa64:
-bash-2.05b$ cmp -l cc1 stage2/cc1
   895 22 0
   896 334 65
   909 103 235
   910 214 25
   911 335 3
   912 160 260
118086 62 61
5913738 124 115
5913739 165 157
5913740 145 156
5913747 65 64
5913754 60 62
5913755 60 63
5913757 62 60
5913758 63 64
5913760 65 61
5913761 63 67
