DJ's script isn't really geared towards files in different places in the two repositories. Otherwise, keep in mind that setting up such an automated sync requires that the binutils folks cede all control over the file to the gcc maintainers. It's probably easier to just arrange for at least one person to have commit privs for that file in both places.
