There's one known design flaw wrt. to enble_optional/disable_optional, and I think autoinc reloads also need some work. That's going to take a bit of thought and probably some more code to fix. Then, there's the matter of testing all sorts of targets (and adapting their LEGITIMIZE_RELOAD_ADDRESS macros).
I'm away for a week or so, so I'm unlikely to check in anything in the near future.
