I was of course refering to developpers using systems where there is an
Ada compiler available (most if not all Linux distribution have
one that works for bootstraping these days).

I'm not forcing anyone to do an Ada port :). Just to install their
system provided package for the Ada compiler and try to enable Ada
when building GCC from time to time.
