OK. If you have some spare cycles, could you then also check it by modifying configure.host so that it uses the updated config/fpu-sysv.h in my patch? I would like to make sure I don’t break anything, but I don’t have access to a Solaris system (and my earlier calls for someone to test it for me were unanswered, so I don’t have much hope there).
