gcc.target/powerpc/block-cmp-8.c is an execution test on ilp32. It tests for support for the 64-bit ISA in the compiler, but not for the ability to execute powerpc64 instructions, so the test fails on 32-bit hardware. Require powerpc64 instead.
Regstrapped on powerpc64le-linux-gnu. Also tested with gcc-14 on x86_64-linux-x-powerpc-elf.
