I know that very long "BT_FN_VOID_INT_INT_PTRCONSTPTRPTR_CONSTPTR_PTRCONSTSTRING..." identifier follows the conventions used elsewhere, but it's not very readable, and this function signature is unlikely to ever be used for anything other than BUILT_IN_GOMP_INTEROP. What do other folks think about using a name like "BT_FN_GOMP_INTEROP" or "BT_FN_GOMP_INTEROP_11ARGS" or something like that?
Somebody else will have to approve the patch, anyway, since this is out of my league....
