Hi Feng,

It looks like the option that causes this to trigger is `--param 
ipa-cp-eval-threshold=1`

So on AArch64 I get it to trigger with -mcpu=native -Ofast -fomit-frame-pointer 
-flto --param ipa-cp-eval-threshold=1
