SPARC glibc build is also broken by the GCC patch. Presumably SPARC should also be added to the architectures with this feature enabled by default (in addition to any fix in glibc to allow it to build without ifunc attributes). x86_64 x32 glibc build is also broken by the GCC patch. In that case, it's gettimeofday generated from syscalls.list. The ifunc support in make-syscalls.sh appears only to support the old way of generating IFUNCs, not the use of attributes. -- Joseph S.
