Also: grepping for "Copyright" in the commit: the new files mostly say:

+   Copyright (C) 2016 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

but I see at least one:

+   Copyright (C) 2015-2016 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

and some others.

Should the copyright be updated to cover 2017?
