Yea, we're supposed to be locking things down in preparation for a
release. While I like cleaning up this kind of thing, the priority for
the project is the upcoming release.
Others may have differing opinions here. So I'm not going to object if
someone else wants to approve such changes. As for myself, I'll just
queue them up for review once gcc-6 development opens.
