Thanks for pointing this out. And replacing
type(t_fileinfo), save :: gattr ! No ICE
by
type(t_fileinfo) :: gattr = t_fileinfo() ! No ICE
produces identical code. So I take back the possible wrong-code issue.
Only the ICE remains.
