This is a distribution issue. Arch Linux does not provide static libraries for
those that have dynamic counterparts. So setting Library_Kind as "static" was
always going to fail.
Interestingly, setting Library_Kind to "dynamic" still requires libgnat.a to be
present even though the resulting library links to libgnat-4.8.so. Am I
missing something, or is that an actual bug?
