But -std=c++0x in the 4.4 release is highly experimental, if using it causes
problems, don't use it.

If in a few weeks this hasn't caused problems on the 4.6 branch I might
*consider* applying it to older branches too, but I'm not convinced it
qualifies for stable releases branches.  The only reason I'll consider it is
that the patch is small and only affects TR1 and C++0x code, for which we don't
always promise the same level of stability, but I don't consider fixing
anything in TR1 or C++0x critical in old releases.
