Hi Dark,

On the matter of submitting articles for the magazine articles would
not have to be submitted in html. That can easily be done by the
editor after the magazine is edited and ready to release to the
Audyssey community. Which brings me to my second point.

These days it isn't absolutely necessary to manually tag a document by
hand. there are plenty of tools that can do this for someone. For
instance, most word processors such as OpenOffice Writer, LibreOffice
Writer, and Microsoft Word can export documents to html. This would
save the editor massive amounts of time because if he or she formatted
the document using standard word processor formatting and then
exported it to html it would convert it from rtf, doc, or docx to html
which would save time. All that might need to be done by hand is add a
table of contents and anchor tags to jump to various sections while
the main body of the document has already been tagged by the word
processor during the export process. That said, I hate some of the
tags Word uses, but that's a different matter.

Cheers!
