On the html mag front I totally and completely agree. As well as the
advantages you mention, it would also be possible to post links directly to
developers websites or demos and save people from using copy and paste.
My only question about an html mag would be how would submissions work?
Would people have to submit articles in html?
i don't mind doing this myself, but other people's mileage may vary, and I
know myself how wonky html can go if the tag's aren't used correctly, plus
you wouldn't want to scare off some none programmer who might be a good
article writer (since html sounds far more complex than it actually is when
you explain it's uses to people, I know this having written a guide for
editing the audiogames.net site database).
On the other hand, sitting and adding html tags to a peace of text is one
extra job that you as editer may not want to do, especially with articles
that may contain many links or be extremely long. Do you have a quicker way
of converting things?
