---- HI thom I'm playing with alpha1 which I downloaded from the USA games website. Although the new monte might differ from the alpha1 that I have, I would just like to be able to complete this alpha1. Something which is unclear to me. I'm climbing up a rope. I'm hearing something, its either a key or gold. This sound is right in front of me, in the centre of my sterio sound field. So I was climbing until I reached the ceiling. But I still heard the sound in front of me. How do I jump to get it because if I jump while I'm at the ceiling I'm going down the rope again. How is It possible to get that key or gold? Also when I'm walking on the ground, I can hear a key or gold to the left of me. But when I move left there's a wall. So how do I get past the wall to get to the item which hmakes the rinkling sound? What is actually the function of a rope? The function of a ladder or stone steps is to take you to another part of the temple. But if you climb up a rope you get to the ceiling. Also, can you jump left and right while on a rope? At one stage it happened to me that I was on a rope and I also heard something rinkling to the left of me. First I pressed my left arrow; nothing happens. My character stays where it is. Then I first pressed spacebar and then left arrow and then angela screamed while she was falling. So how is it possible to fall down arope and die if you jump but if you just try to walk, nothing happens?
