That's fine as far as it goes. However, to use Final Trek as an example of what I'm saying, there's really nothing but the sounds which make it uniquely Star Trek. The game would be just as good with generic names and sounds from a Sound Ideas or other royalty-free collection. I very much doubt that tighing a game to a large license dramatically effects its sales. That would be a nifty socioeconomic exparament to run.
