I know it was my fault not to save the unlock keys with a back up, but I told l-works so when asking if I could have them back. If I was told I had to pay to get them again or get new ones, of course I would do so. But I was getting the positive answer that I will have them back. At least Liam could just tell me sorry, since you lost them I can't give them back to you, since yes, I repeat, it was my own fault. I learned my lesson well now. Eleni

Hi again. Seconds after posting the previous message here, yes, I got a dm from l-works and everything is sorted out! Oh, well. It's really bad when people make someone reach the patient limit and complain publicly and then feeling sorry for doing so. Anyway. Too late to erase what I wrote before. I can't say I regret, since I needed to do this in order to get my game codes, but I feel a bit strange now. Hi. I rarely complain in general, and I also rarely write on this list, but I decided to do so, since I can't hold my anger any longer. I've been asking l-works to provide me new keys for Judgment Day, as well as Super Liam for my windows 7 new laptop and I'm ignored. I bought the games 3 or 4 years ago and I had them installed on my xp laptop. However, it died, and it's about a year that I'm asking l-works support by email, and also on twitter with direct messages. The thing is that I was getting an answer, especially with direct messages: It's ok I will do my best to give you new keys, etc. And this goes on and on and on from last December, now I see my sent archive. I know the l-works games are addictive, but I'm never buying anything from them again. I tried also to unsubscribe from their mailing list but it's impossible. I always find impossible to unsubscribe from google groups. I also asked other game developers to give me back game keys that I made the mistake not to back up, as well as give me new keys for games when I needed and I never ever had that kind of behavior by anyone else. I know people can be very busy, but especially if they want to be professional, they should find some time for their customers and do there best to help. The last time I asked with a direct message, was last week, and on that one I even had no answer. Anyway. I'm terribly sorry for deciding to write this here, and I'm also sorry for quitting l-works games that I so much liked.
